Behind every treatment at Solen Wellness is Dr. Manuel F. Fernandez, a physician whose career spans more than four decades and three continents.

He graduated with honors from the University of Havana, Cuba, and trained in internal medicine. He went on to teach medicine and to serve communities in need across Africa, including as a member of the United Nations medical staff in West Africa in 1990. Since the early ’90s, he has been a trusted physician to generations of Miami families.

As a principal investigator, Dr. Fernandez has led dozens of clinical trials. That experience shapes everything he oversees at Solen: protocols grounded in science, a standard of safety that never bends, and results you can trust.

He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, but his patients will tell you his real language is care. He listens first, takes the time to answer every question, and treats every person like family.

For Mohammed Abu Deiab, exceptional care begins with patient comfort. That philosophy led him to anesthesia, and it has guided his career for more than a decade.

Mohammed is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and graduated from the University of Puerto Rico in 2013. He practiced in Texas and New York before settling in Miami. His experience spans the full spectrum of anesthesia, from routine procedures to complex surgeries, giving him exceptional clinical judgment and a calm that inspires confidence.

Since 2017 he has specialized in plastic surgery, where precision and the patient experience go hand in hand. That background defines his approach to injectables at Solen: refined technique, a deep understanding of patient comfort, and an expert eye for natural, harmonious results.
